Welcome to the TASA+ Accountability Group!

This group is limited to 10 TASA members, it is designed to help you stay focused and accountable towards the business owner in you.

We recognize that staying on track toward your goals can be difficult to commit to, which is why we have set a non-refundable buy-in of $100 for artists who want help translating their goals from the abstract. Join this Challenge and commit to your and your colleagues’ success.

We look forward to working alongside everyone as we set and achieve our art-selling goals!

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Our Challenge Group is in great hands!

Ross is an experienced TASA member who has been a part of the group for a long time. He will lead the meetings, and Luann, my executive assistant, will help keep track of everyone's progress. The proceeds from this challenge group will be split between them.

I, Jason, will be in charge of the entire group and will attend each meeting to ensure that everyone is supported in meeting their objectives.

  • We will be meeting for 90 minutes Once a week for a full Quarter (approx. 13 weeks).

A poll will be taken after everyone has enrolled to decide on the time for the meetings.

  • Remember, this is about accountability, so each meeting will require you to fill out a form beforehand.

These will help shape meeting agendas and provide insight for future discussion topics. This will also assist in maximizing our time together and tracking progress!

  • 1) Choose 1-3 goals for the quarter.

    2) Fill out an accountability sheet for the quarter.

    3) Break each quarter goal into 1–3 monthly goals.

    4) Fill out an accountability sheet for each month.

    5) Break monthly goals into 1-3 weekly goals. (You can pick up to 5, but your concentration begins to wane after three).

    6) Submit all your goal sheets (1 quarter, 3 monthly, and 4-5 weekly) to the TASA Accountability Group via our Google Form. We’ll use these to track progress and help keep you on track toward your goals.

    7) Update your completion number for each weekly goal before the next meeting.

Don’t worry, we’ll go over all of this again!

  • So what good is setting goals if we aren’t taking action to achieve them?

Each meeting, we will help support and structure your goal setting; however, at the end of the meeting, when we walk away, it’s up to the individual to get it done.

What we do in a day begins and ends with us!

  • Hit the “I’m Ready” button below to reserve your seat for $100; once the group fills up, a poll will be taken to determine the day and time of our meeting.

Instructions on where to find and fill out the Google form each week will follow shortly after!

$100 NON-REFUNDABLE.

Q1ac

Through the use of our accountability sheets and the support of our group, we are here to help you stay focused on your goals. Limited to 10 seats.

The listed goals should follow the “SMARTER” framework:

SPECIFIC Target a specific area to improve.

MEASURABLE Quantify or include a measurable indicator of progress (e.g., time, percent, quantity, pass/fail).

ASSIGNABLE Specify who will do it, if appropriate.

REALISTIC State realistic results, given available resources.

TIME-RELATED Specify a time when the result will be achieved.

EVALUATE Review your goals daily.

READJUST Change methods or techniques if results are not happening.

N.B. Pick a goal that is a “stretch”—not impossible but still a challenge. If every goal ends up being a 10, you need to pick more ambitious goals. If every goal is a 1, then you’re trying to do too much. At the end of the week, average all your completion numbers to get your final score for the week—a good average number is around 7, so aim for 8 or 9!
